stevie wonder sound

can anyone tell me if there is a particular way to get the sound out of the guitar of the stevie wonder song "superstition" there is a similar sound on the guitar after the intro of You Havent Done Nothing. its kinda like a wick-a-tee whack-a kind of sound...very cool.

Its a comgbination of me and checkii. Checkii says it, but I think Mine is more effective since I have a whole scenerio to go with it.
