how does one change the action at the nut?

You don't... You let a pro do it.

It's just a plastic piece, so one could easily replace it... But still, let a pro do it.

If you insist, then, to raise the action you could add a small piece of anything hard in the six gaps, make sure that they are of equal proportions to each other.

To lower it you just saw in the gaps so that they get deeper.

The above is not to be done yourself, give it to a pro.

umm ive done it and if u really want to u should get the specific files intended for it but they cost as much as having it done professionally so u might as well have a pro do it so u have someone to blame if it all goes bad
