Help with this chord
im trying to play this chord but i cant get it. i cant get my 3rd finger to bend to hit all the strings on the 9th fret. somone help me out

You can do it either way but the technically correct way would be to use your 3rd finger. Most guitarist designate each finger to one fret and usually only play 4 frets. Obviously Dave likes to use 5 frets and work the pinky. So technically your pointer should be used on the 7th fret, your middle on the 8th, your ring finger on the 9th and the pinky for 10th or 11th.
