Help with this chord

im trying to play this chord but i cant get it. i cant get my 3rd finger to bend to hit all the strings on the 9th fret. somone help me out

not too hard, just lay your third finger down across them but make sure you dont hit the 1st string

Maybe start by pushing down your 3rd finger tip hard on the top string played on the 9th fret then move it down to touch the other 2 strings on the 9th. Just keep practicing it.

You can do it either way but the technically correct way would be to use your 3rd finger. Most guitarist designate each finger to one fret and usually only play 4 frets. Obviously Dave likes to use 5 frets and work the pinky. So technically your pointer should be used on the 7th fret, your middle on the 8th, your ring finger on the 9th and the pinky for 10th or 11th.
