No, I haven't recieved an email either. If I dont get one by Tuesday I will probably just email my branch.

Thanks for the info. I read everything just didnt catch the tuesday part and I clicked on the link before but I didnt realize that you could scroll down for all that info. I realize this thing is probably making your life a little hectic right now but have some patience with me, I didnt see it and just needed things cleared up. Thanks again.

do you read at all?
it says relax till at least tues night #1
#2 if you read you will see a link to the structure, once you click it you can do guess what?? more reading and see who your branch is

it said tuesday night in the thread that will started. you'all gotta read and have some patience. also, there is a link to the structure of the tree and it tells you who is your branch. unbelievable. patience my friends and you will be duly rewarded. i assure you of that.

I have a question about DVD media. I am getting all the DVD's I sign up for in DVD-R format, but I am planning on getting a DVD burner this summer and in the future I will buy a DVD player. Will I have to worry about new players/burners being able to read/burn certain formats. I would like to have whatever burner I buy be able to read the DVD's Im getting so that I can make copies of it and also have the player I buy soon be able to read the DVD's. So can anyone give me any info or tell where to look to find out info on this. Is there any player/burner that will just read/write any format? Thanks!

I'm not an expert but there are DVD burners that burn both -R and +R, however they are generally more expensive. Just check around, I think the site was posted before in one of these topics... it's got some good info on what players will play what type of dvds. Anyways, you should have NO problem finding a player that will play -R(since that's what you're getting your dvds in).

Personally... I plan to wait a little bit until the prices drop more... that way you get a faster burner and a cheaper price

Yeah I know about that site but I didnt wanna search all over it for all kinds of different burners because I dont which one I wanna get. Ill probably get it for my birthday in mid July so maybe ones that burn both formats will be chaper then and as for the DVD player I probably wont get one for a while so Ill just look into them later. Thanks though.

i've have talked to a person who saids that he has gotten an email already and he put his name on a couple of pages later then me.
has anyone else got one? i maybe have miss read what he had said but i'm sure the said he had gotton one.

I got my e-mail earlier today but you really arent supposed to worry about it unless by tomorrow (wednesday) you wake up and still dont have it. But even then Id wait a little before getting worried.

2:57 wed. should i be worried? j/k i was never really worried just wanted to know and now i know that i'm not getting because they would have sent it already thing that upsets me but i ain't really mad or anything its just that i got to now take back the two dvd-rs that i bought heh i guess i jumped the gun heh.

If you are on that list in the first post, then you are in the B&P, don't return anything... maybe fire off an email to your branch or a pm to will.

if you havn't got an email by now email your branch--if that gets no reply in a day or so LMK
