overpriced. pretty, but tone isnt worth the cost. not to mention, all these crappy nu-metal bands are playin em, and who would want to be thrown in with that haha.

but yeah, my friend has a $4k custom 22 or somethin like that... its alright. you can find much better tone for 1/4 the price.

For high fast sharp playing, I wouldn't play anything other than lead on them, they are pretty damn good.

Im gonna get me a PRS Santana SE II... real nice to play and quite cheap as well.

I've heard not so good reviews of that guitar, but they were most likely compariing it to other PRS guitars. I've heard this guitar pales in comparison.

Why does it say Santana on it? It doesn't sound or look like the ones Santana uses. One difference, Santana's pickups aren't exposed.

i got a Santana SE and i think it sounds alot better than epiphone LPs but there are also some problems. The fretboard on mine is in really rough shape. the edges aren't very smooth like they should be and you can feel the edges of the frets sticking out more than they should. But, i only paid $276 for mine(w/trade in) so i cant complain.
