thats actually an A#7
y'know i now realized this.. that's what i get for not checking on a guitar, so, sorry: A7=xx2223
You know, DMBFan, that's how I always played an A7, but when I actually looked it up, it was X02020... weird. Which one is it for real, just out of curiousity? Does anyone have a definitive answer?
ever consider that maybe you can play the same chord in more than one way? gasp

I use this site a lot: http://chordfind.com/ just pick the chord and variation of it from the menus there, and itll show you the fingerings for it up top on the fretboard, then click variation for more ways to fret it.

you can also play it: x02023 or 575655 or 5x565x
