stay or leave..

hey guys...been a huge dave fan for a while...guitarist for about a year...this site has give me hope that one day I could preform some dave, and that would be a dream of mine...anyways...this is gonna sound stupid to you experts...bow how exactly do you tune the guiatr for stay or leave...and you never know? I know they are similar...but the only time I tried to change it, I brake my strings...please help

buy a capo, it helps so much, no need to tune at all, i play both with it, i cant afford to buy a new guitar with new strings just to play a few songs...

its the same exact thing if ya use a capo
