Last Stop--->Come as you are
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

Everlong (Foo Fighters)--->Crush

Right at the end of the chorus of Everlong, jump into the "Lovely Lady" part of Crush.

here's a few

WtWE > LioG: not really blended, just makes sense to do the abrupt end of WtWE and go right into LioG, lyrically makes sense too - the boyz should do this I think...

Another note on LioG: I sometimes throw in the lyrics of Space Between in the 2nd jam when it slows down a bit, it's not the same time sig but it's close and seems to work...

JTR > LLD: Easy - at the end of JTR slow the pace and flow right into LLD... (could be reversed too)

KKJ > Halloween: another easy one, on the outro where you repeat the 1x3>3x5, on the last one just start the Halloween verse... great angry duo... can also just play the instrumental of KKJ as a short intro to Halloween... Kinda gives the feeling that something's brewing and then BAM!

Deed is Done > Halloween: at the ending of DiD, go right into Halloween.

Stone > Warehouse: A true blend, after about 4 times through the ending riff I throw in a Warehouse riff and go back and forth between the 2, you can play with this and come up with many patterns but it sounds kinda cool and people have commented that they knew I was going into something else but couldn't quite figure it out cuz it's all mixed together... harsh on the hands though... usually after the Stone I want to take a break...

Little Thing > Nancies: I love this one! at the end of LT just start to mimic the pattern of Nancies (but with the LT chords) then slowly add in hitting the open strings in between and then launch full fledged into Nancies... very cool! great encore...

As mentioned before, you can do many variations of any of the songs with the Em in them (i.e. Minarets > Killed God > Typical > Blue Water > Killed God > Spoon, etc.) but one thing I found (because I'm a Pink Floyd fan) is that "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun" fits nicely in there too, musically it's around the Minarets verse, but also fits the mood of these other Em songs as well... even if it's just a hint of it, people that know it will instantly recognize it... edit: Beauty of Wynona gets thrown in to this pile too, especially Spoon>Beauty...

Two Step > Recently: straight forward.

Everyday > Long Black Veil (or reverse): chord positions set this one up to be easy.

Too Much > Grey Street: at the 7xx7 chord of the transition, just start right in on GS.

WtWE > Song that Jane Likes: this is pretty cool too, go through the bridge of WtWE and with each line make it seem more like an ending to the song - getting slower/quiet (if that makes sense) and then after "Oh Grace, oow" when you hit the next D chord make that the opening D chord of Jane... you can play around with it a little too...

Crash > Captain: slow down the ending of Crash and don't do the 4-5-7-E ending (like Luther College) and then go right into Captain, pretty smooth...

Satellite > Help Myself: like Stone > Warehouse where you kinda mix the 2 back and forth - you can do this with these 2 songs as well, picture if you will the part where Carter's 3 small little solos are in Help, now throw in part of the Satellite verse until you have to go back to the Help verse... do this a few times and then go into the intro to start the song... this one is fun!

Fool to Think > R&R: FTT chorus right into the main riff of R&R...

Raven > If I Had it All: mix the verses together, instead of the last chord of the Raven verse - play the opening 6 notes of IIHIA and repeat, cool transition...

I like going from Ants into LIOG...

I goof around with the solo (ala L@LC). When I sing "Lights down you up and die", I fire into LIOG on the last D. It's fun.

So Damn Lucky chorus --> WTWE

You hold that last A chord in the chorus for a couple beats then go right into WTWE. To my ears, it's the perfect intro.

Best one ever -- trust me...

WWYS --> What Will Become of Me (think of the WWYS jam chords) --> Water/Wine Outro --> Last Stop Reprise (standard tuning).

I know it sounds ridiculous but it works so well.

Another is the less spectacular WWYS --> PNP --> Rapunzel.
