central park is loaded with energy and in my opinion every version the best version of the song except ants marching, which does not have the funk intro...but if possible try to get the two disc instead of three...there is no missing or additional music, just divided up into 2 instead of 3...easier to carry, etc.

It depends if you are more into DMB's older or new stuff. If you dig their older stuff, definetly get RR. Great versions of liog, recently, nancies, and many others. If you are more into their new stuff, I with sam2, you gotta get central park. Tons of energy (I love anyone see the bridge) and great tracks.

I would suggest the following ranking:

1. Listener Supported
2. The Central Park Concert
3. The Gorge 6-disc
4. Live At Red Rocks
5. Live In Chicago
6. Live At Folsom Field

It depends on the period of music you want to get it from.
UTTAD - Red Rocks
Crash- Chicago and Red Rocks
BTCS- LS and Chicago
Everyday- Folsom Field
Lillywhite/Busted Stuff- Folsom
DMB's hits- Central Park
Some Devil- Bonnaroo

Live in Chicago has a lot of sentimnetal value to me (:P). It was the album that got me into the Dave Matthews Band. Nad it's me and my brother's favorite Dave Matthews BAND album

Every album - gorge box set

I think it is just as good as RR musically but dave's voice is shot. stefan is much more mature at the gorge, leroi is a fucking cat at the gorge. oh man

Can't say that enough. I look up to him so much. I'm learning all of his alto solos (studio albums only) by ear. Live versions will come when I'm just a little better.
