I still say I like I Did It. I really like playing it on acoustic. Everyone hates the song, well I liked it from the first time I ever heard it, and still do.
I second this. It pisses me off when people are like, "I HATE THAT FUCKING SONG MAN, IT SUCKS, IT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE DAVE! IN FACT, THE ENTIRE EVERYDAY ALBUM SUCKS MAN!" Shut up. The fact of the matter is that it's Dave, take it or leave it. It just pisses people off because he's playing an electric guitar. I say good for him, he switched things up a little bit and I liked it.

I couldn't care less whether he plays an electric or acoustic guitar, if the song is good. I like a number of the songs off Everyday, and I'm sort of upset that I do. I don't dislike the album because of what Dave plays, I dislike the album because of the way it was approached. I think what Ballard did (with completely taking the entire band out of the song-writing process and making it just him and Dave) was chicken-shit.

The song "Everyday" kicks ass...and so does the CD! Not my favorite DMB CD, but still great!

Let's face it: like the 80s, not much good came out of the 90s...except for DMB. And they don't even get mentioned on the show? Gimme a break!

There goes my respect for VH1, though I didn't have much to begin with...I have even less for MTV... :?

How did Jack Black put it in School of Rock? Oh, yes...
"There used to be a way to stick it to the Man. It was called rock 'n roll, but guess what, oh no, the Man ruined that, too, with a little thing called MTV!" Damn straight. 8)

True as life.

I hate those shows...I Love The "Insert Decade Here"

It's just a bunch of 2nd rate celebrities whining about how stupid cabbage patch kids were, or how EVERYONE had a pet rock but they didn't, etc.

It's stupid and worthless drivel.

its suppose to be stupid and worthless, but that's what makes it funny. most of them arn't 2nd rate I've seen a few actors/comedians on there I've seen many times before.
