Timmy's solo in Tripping Billies from L@LC... tabs anyone?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Unread post by Jonny123 » Wed Jul 21, 2004 12:41 pm

Looking to learn this one.... anyone have a tab for this?? Maybe that one site specifically with the L@LC tabs has it? I forget the link though...

Thanks in advance,
Jonny

My advice is to go buy the tab book from Amazon.com...the second book has Tripping Billies

Yeah, it has the solos, note for note.

But, is it just me, or are these some of the most disorganised and difficult to read music books ever? I'm used to piano and band music and even some guitar music where I can simply pick it up and sight read it the first time through and play a pretty good version. These books I have to study for 30 minutes just to understand which guitar is playing which part at which time. Little riff figures called on different pages? Weird!

But, once you get past all that, they are very accurate. Great if you need help with rhythm and timing too

I'm used to tabs... the internet was where I started playing! And I've got various books from Tom Petty, James Taylor, etc... bunches of others. None are as jumbled as these. But I still buy 'em, more to collect than ever use, hehe
