do you really have to unplug that thing to save battery power?
does it still use energy when i turn it off?

im talking about using batteries and i dont want them to run out often

yup. thats one reason im glad im getting my TU-2 soon. all ill need is to get a power source, and then the TU-2 will supply power to my other pedals :)

ill have 3 by sometime next week.. setup will be as follows:

Godin LGX -> Boss TU-2 -> Boss BD-2 -> Boss DD-5 -> Traynor YCV80

or

Godin LGX -> Boss TU-2 -> Boss DD-5 -> PA

:)

I bought the 1 SPOT 9V Power Adapter and Daisy-Chain Bundle from Musician's Friend. It powers 5 pedals and only takes up one spot on a power strip, without covering other outlets on the strip. It really comes in handy.
