i usually put on whatever phosphor bronzes are the cheapest, i like them more than anything... every once in a while i spring for some EXP mediums and leave them on for a month or 2, then switch back to phosphor bronze lights... i feel like a guitar god for about 2 days after switching back, going down in gauge makes everything feel sooo much easier
isn't it bad for your guitar to continuously switch gauges? i'm not 100% sure, but i thought your guitar had to be set-up a certain way for different gauges...please correct me if i'm wrongThe Dreaming Tree wrote:i usually put on whatever phosphor bronzes are the cheapest, i like them more than anything... every once in a while i spring for some EXP mediums and leave them on for a month or 2, then switch back to phosphor bronze lights... i feel like a guitar god for about 2 days after switching back, going down in gauge makes everything feel sooo much easier

strings
D'addario EXP's, Extra Light...their the smoothest I've found and I really don't mind paying a little extra for the huge difference in quality form cheaper srings.
