lefty in search of guitar...

Unread post by ryopan » Wed Apr 09, 2003 1:37 am

hey folks. whats goin on. ok, im about to go nuts. im making a little trip to austin to see my bro but i think im making a few trips to guitar stores as well. i know what i want (cutaway, wide & fast neck, pickup)but i am just having trouble finding it(cuz of the southpaw). id love to pick up a few guitars and see how they feel to help decide which will be THE guitar for me but that upside down guitar sample that i always get does not do me any good really. i have thought about getting something off the internet but id really like to try something out and compare a few brands before i fork over some dough. do any of you have any pearls of wisdom. also, any lefties with similar experience & tips? 8)

carvin makes ok guitars... and theyre easier to get left handed because theyre custom and they cost no more than right handed.. theyre not as good as normal acoustics though
