changing strings

hey im changing the strings on my acoustic and the strings won't quit ratteling when i hit them, what could be the problem?

it usually takes a day or so for strings to really settle in. If they are still doing it in a couple days then its a different issue.

i think its a problem with the pins what should i do to make sure they are in right. they seem to be a lil loose but i cnat get them in

I had a problem with a rattling bridge once, most likely there's some screw in the bridge that isn't tight enough (thats what happend to me) so you just bring that baby in to your local guitar shop and tell them to fix it.
