Storytellers ??

Does anyone know if there is a VH1 Storytellers DVD out? I've heard several songs and I want the full collection DESPERATELY !!

nope, you gotta find one off the net. they're sometimes on kazaa, sometimes not.

there was problems that day with recording, so not even VH1 has the entire show on audio or video

deffinatley, or he could just explain some of his songs. has he ever talked about what his songs are about other than at storytellers and maybe a few words here and there between songs? Id like to hear some more meanings, Id also like another D&T tour, we'll see this winter I s'pose

The whacking off part in Storytellers (I think) just killed me :)

Yeah, the whacking was at a different show, it was his birthday and he said he was proud to admit that he still masturbates every day. It was right after he sang the pre-bartender song (#58).

yeah, i am a proud owner of a digital copy of storytellers which i found on my hard drive... i think its somehow related to kazaalite++... i cant be sure. But anyway, its not complete either, the kazaa available version kicks in just towards the end of satellite. Plus its in two parts. Yeah, some guy was flipping out or something and Dave called him out as a bit of a spaz.

Said the guy needed to start whacking off to relieve some of that energy. In fact I think he suggested the guy go back to the restroom and rub one out real quick :)

I thought it was Storytellers because it seemed like a fairly intimate show.

Ok, I've said it before, but here it is again.

Audio taping at the show wasn't allowed. What someone did was snuck a recorder and mic in his hat. So, the recording was all done in the hat on his lap. There will never be a high quality audio version of this show.
