Guitar as wedding present, seeking suggestions
Ok I am going to be getting married in like a year, and my future wife's parents have some $$ and her mom loves me and its kinda been hinted that she might get me a new guitar as a wedding present (Sweet I know
) Well anyways it will probably be between $1000-$1500, but closer to the $1000 side. I am definately leaning towards a Martin or Taylor, just asking for suggestions and models and the best bang for the buck. I trust all you guys, so just asking for some input, thanks!

I still love my CHET...but if you want a good true acoustic then go with a Martin...or if you have $1,600 to spend, try a Lakewood M32...Dave used one for LALC...schubox wrote:Ok I will check into that, any other suggestions.

No he was most def using the lakewood. I think it may even be in the liner notes? Not sure about that, but I know for a fact LALC was a lakewood. Nice guitars, for sure.
