i figured this out playing along with a recording of d+t and it sounds good. if anyone can think a better way to play it post it here. any corrections are welcome.

those (/) don't necessarily represent slides, pull off if it sounds better to you

i just do this...

on the G string...

15-13-13-12-12-13

switch up as needed, but those are the notes i use...
the ground beneath is nothing more than one point of view
