how much should i pay

i think i'm going to buy my friends oscar schmidt og20ce acoustic electric from him. ive played it and really like the way it plays. theres not really any noticeable scratches or dings. he bought it new for 380 in november and wants me to pay 280. i think thats to high. what would be a fair price for me to pay him? would 240 be a fair price?

if its a friend, i wouldnt really worry over a 40 dollar difference. compromise and make both people happy. Theres no way to give you an exact estimate on here... just try to work something out mutually.
