hey guys,

thanks for the comments.

I recorded this with the same stuff I did for my stone cover, the compressor and eq helped the sound quality IMMENSELY.

the solo was kind of improv in that it didnt come from a tab, but I wish I could say I improvv-ed it on the spot. I kind of made it up over about 20 or so takes of trying to play a solo during that part. :) glad you liked it

this is pretty sad, really. I'd rather hear that it was a shitty cover. really, tell me it was merely average, possibly the worst insult of all. just say SOMETHING. shit, I'm getting passed over for threads that are weeks old. with 80 + views, dont lie to me, SOMEONE has listened to this. I'm pretty tired of this.

That's not going to help you get replies.

I listened to it and thought it was pretty decent.
I felt that you played it a little too slow. At some points you lost your rhythm, especially towards the beginning. You migt want to try playing with a metronome.
As for your voice, it seemed to get better as the song went on.
Alot of it seemed very nasally, have you got a cold by any chance?
There was quite a few places where you were lacking breathe. I'd recommend doing some breathing exercises.

Overall it was a pretty decent cover.

I agree with the above. Learn to breathe, get those rests down. I'll give you credit for having a much better falsetto than I do.

Above par, though.

Hey, I went to your site, but the link wasn't there. Sorry I passed it up initially, I didn't think it was a song when I saw "I got your back, homie". Put it back up or PM me and let me know if you can direct send it to me...peace

P.S.-...bump...hahaha
