Ben Harper fans Please Help!

I wrote a song a while ago, and I kinda liked it, But now when i really listen to it, It sounds like Ben Harpers "I shall not walk alone". I plan on putting it on a CD in the summer, but if it sounds exactly like another song then I wont. So can you tell me if it sounds like "i shall not walk alone".

Does it sound exactly like it? No. Does it have a similar sound? Somewhat, but I would say not enough to warrant not doing something with it.

im a huge ben harper fan, and although this song may ALMOST, SLIGHTLY, really PUSHING it sound like ben, i believe its totally unique.

so go for it.

ben harper loves a song so much called drugs don't work that he wrote a song called shes only happy in the sun that sounds kind of like it and i think has the same meaning( in my opinion which ain't much heh) so go for it.

i don't know that ben harper song too well, but i'll listen to your clip in a sec, juineaux. i just wanted to say that the new ben harper cd kicks bootimus maximus.
