Let You Down Cover - Vocals, Rythm, Lead and Whistling

Unread post by billywestom » Fri Mar 28, 2003 2:30 pm

Here's my Let You Down cover. I just learned it yesterday (Thanks Jason), and I still don't have the real rythm down to where I can sing along while playing, so I substituted a different rythm - it still fits OK. It was pretty close on some of the higher notes, but I think I got em. Anyway...

hey billy...that was really good man...like you said, the rhythm wasn't perfect, but it damn close...you kept on key the whole song...very good ear for staying on key...I think that if you stuck with it you could turn out to be a great singer...the whistling was a tad off, but it sounded good...it sounds to me like there needed to be more confidence or something? seemes like we have sort of the same prob...anyway, it was very good, damn good for the amount of time you spent on it...I think you should always sing with your covers...later.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I got the real rythm down, just not enough that I can sing with it...Thanks
