I like the long ants intro. I miss it. I especially liked when they would do SMTS>ASTB>Too Much tease>Ants Marching

They did it in Chicago because that was the 'last stop' of that tour. Since the show in STL is the 'first stop,' it wouldn't exactly be logical...but since they did Too Much...speculation is dead
