sounds right to me...but I play it differently..

Code: Select all

E------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G---------------------11------------------7--6-----------------------------|
D-----------9-----9----------11--------7----------4---7----0----------------|
A------0-7------7----------9---------5-------------------------7---7---9--|
E----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
It seems easier to me,..your hand doesn't have to move up and down the fret board quite as much, you can keep it in the same place for the first part by using the open string on A, and same thing for the last part... open string on d allows you to get up to the 7th fret on the A with ease

if you make that open D string a 5 on the A string, you can slide up to the 7 - 7 - 9 real easy. that tab is how i play it otherwise.

then the breakdown is

Code: Select all

e------------------------------------------
B------------------------------------------
G--------2--------------2------------------
D-----0--------------0--------------------
A------------------------------7---7--9---
E--2--------------3------------------------
"Forget about what you are escaping from," he said, quoting an old maxim of Kornblum's. "Reserve your anxiety for what you are escaping to."

everything in this one looks good except the chorus
staker has the right chorus up, though jays lower octave chorus would sound good for a second guitar

the one you posted is not correct. sorry
Everybody always asks me how she's doing. Has she really lost her mind? I said "I couldn't tell you, I've lost mine."
