Does this look like a good deal?

Hey guys I was just browsin through EBay and found an auction for a pedal board and 8 Boss effects pedals. It started tonight so there is no bids currently and it rests at $9.99 which really makes me think I might get this for a cheap price (I'm easily excited :D ). I was just wondering if someone can take a look at it and tell me if it seems good? The link is below.

On ebay, everything starts out really low. So no reason to get your hopes up unless it's really low AND there are only a few hours left on the auction.
