Hey all. I'm thinking of playing this at a talent show friday. any and all input appreciated. (p/s: recorded in one take so it's not my best effort)

FYI: Shure SM-57 Mic -> Zoom MRS-4 multi-track -> N-Tracks studio

Hey man..nice cover!

Here's a couple of suggestions..just my opinion so do what you like with them.....at around 0.41 and 1.25 you kinda go for a higher note then John does, i think it might be better to stick to what John does cause it sounds kinda strange from that higher note to the 'would you want me...' know what i mean? plus that way there's a nice build up to the 'My grace' part.

The guitar work seemed pretty solid..all together very nice..i liked the ba pa ba paaa part at the end..nice! :D

Nice job! I have been working on that song also and listening to yours gave me some additional ideas. I have been trying to play the tab from http://www3.sympatico.ca/g403z/txt/nmyself.txt and have been finding it difficult to play the part under where it says "live." It is fingerpicked there and you did some type of struming instead. Nice.

you can pick it, considering john also picks it...however, just keep working at it. that part tripped me up until i practiced it for about 3 hours straight.
