ive snapped strings coming back/going into:

DADAAE
EAEEBE
EABEBE

i think those are the only ones ive actually used much... except for a little drop C, but never snapped a string.

I never do any different tuning than Drop D. I don't know enough about music to get crazy.

the cool thing about the 3 tunings i listed is that you dont need to know anything lol. unless im playing a song, everything i do is improv.

i switch between standard and DADGAD probably once a day, and i've never had problems with strings snapping. but that might be because i am so damn sexy

same, except i broke two strings in a day a while ago. It's all good now though. :) DADGAD is my favorite tuning. In fact I'm in it right now. :)

Oh, and I wrote a little tapping song. I'll record hopefully tonight and put it up.
