what songs look hard to play but arnt?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

The nature stretch came to me pretty easy. I saw the numbers in the tab and thought, "2 on one string and SIX right next to it? NO WAY" But then I actually tried it and it just fell into place.

If you wanna cheat on the verse, don't play the A on the 5th fret of Low E to start it off, just slap the guitar with your hand... it gives you time to get your fingers into that 2/6 fret stretch. Worry about throwing in that A later.

try a pick

I use to play a lot of bluegrass guitar and found that playing a song VERY slowly with a pick to begin with is the best....then once your left hand (assuming you play right handed) is use to the fretboard movement, try losing the pick...this is how I learned all the dave songs that I play

ok first of all, did I hear somone say Satellite, LIOG, and Billies were easy? :? well they're not. they take a lot of practice to get down. not just fretting the notes, but all the slides, mutes and smoothness and rhythm and timing that goes into making Satellite sound like Satellite and LIOG sound like LIOG and Billies sound like Billies. are these songs easy for me now? yes, but that's because I've practiced them so much. The Stone is harder than those 3 I must also add. so what was the question? what songs are hard but aint? or what songs sound like they're hard but really are not that hard to play? I can't think of any. :)
good, and you?

i would say recently. for a long time i thought it would be impossible to play, let alone play and sing, from looking at the tab. but it really isn't that difficult.
