Unread post by JazzKid41 » Mon May 31, 2004 12:28 am

Ugh, i've been posting covers like mad.. i feel like im a posting h00r.
anyways, please comment on the following:

http://24.46.30.226:81/Collide.mp3

this track was hard as hell to do vocally, i dont know if i can do much better than that... :-/
also i'm curious to know if anyone feels that my vocals/playing is strong enough to perform coffeehouse gigs etc... i'm new to playing and singing and all so i really need as much advice as possible.
thanks a bunch

Justin

Clearly you are good enough to start playing gigs. It's the practice, even though you are good enough already, but you'll get better by just getting out there and playing. If the word spreads then you're green, super green... peace

Hey, this was a great cover, I enjoyed it. vocals still breathy, but you are definitely in key and you're defintely projecting it, I'd say get the hell out there and start gigging :)

I find it amusing that you have a full band and you're asking us whether you're good enough to play solo. For most of us, it's the other way round...
