I take every gif I watch (which is A LOT) with a humongous grain of salt. But I don't let that grain of salt get into my eye and blind me to whatever truth can be found in what I'm watching. He is not any worse than any other poster here, and the people who claim he is just don't know what they're talking about. The demonization has gotten ridiculously out of hand.

I think you said it all right there Mave. His voice is awesome, the song is a bit fast and a little rusty. Excellent voice, keep it up... peaceMaveDatthews wrote:ok its me, Mave, playing the guitar and my friend David singing. I think his voice is freaking awesome. I play the song a bit fast, like usual. Alright, I thought it sounded great. There was only one major thing that needed tweaking though:
The tempo at which you played the song was fast, true. But what really jumped out at me was the way you sped up as the song went along. I dont know if the vocals were leading you, but you should be keeping the pace with the guitar. Play to the point where you think youre playing too slow...that means youre probably about right. Then make him adjust to your constant pace.

Damn, i'm with these folks on the vocals...big pimpin'. There were times i suspected you of just laying a mraz vocal track over your own guitar playing. That was hotness.
Guitar wasn't bad, but imma have to agree with green here. Rythym was a bit weak and you changed tempo a lot it sounded like. A little more practice on that song and your guys would be gold.
