What's up?!

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

What's up?!

Unread post by saiyasam » Thu May 27, 2004 4:13 pm

Hey, first time poster.

I got my first DMB DVD this year. First DMB CD this year. Learned my first DMB song on guitar this year (through DMBtabs). And finally, going to my first DMB concert this year in August!

I'm so pumped already. I can't wait.

Some songs I can play are Where Are You Going, LIOG, #41, So Much To Say, and a few others. Yay!

All of them, as quickly as possible. But if I were you Id get under the table and dreaming. Its one of their first and then Id get Before These Crowded Streets. From there just get the rest of them, no particular order, you need all of them, as well as a live cd, if not all of them. I prefer Live at Red Rocks and Luther College.

as corny as that sounds, it actually is kinda cool thinking back on it....although the magic is 're-captured' every time i see them play live

my story (quickly):
i've heard dmb hear and there, but don't really remember anything. only one i can distinctly remember is space between. i first was like, wow dmb is cool, in 2001 when i heard ant's marching. as soon as i heard it, i went home and downloaded some dmb songs. i was like, wow, dmb is reeeelly cool.

that was about it, until this year when i really got into them because i wanted to learn some challenging songs on guitar. so i thought, how about dmb. then i got hooked.
