Satellite looks hard with your fingers moving all over, but once you get it down and is easy. And it isn't too difficult to get down.

I think Nature eventually just clicks. I couldn't get it for some time; one day, I sat down, and WHAM! It just fell out of my hands.

It was cool, but weird. :)

mayer...neon...when i get acces to a tab (my comp back) i will perfect Neon, but I love picking it out...It's not too hard after you get it down to where you know where your fingers are going...

ugh, i dont even want to attempt neon just yet, looking at the tab and listening to mayer play it are two completely different things, and mayer has the style where you slap a bass note and pluck with the other fingers, which i havent been able to do yet

you see though, that is what I have been working on...like Mayer or Keller Williams...I slap the low E (or low C in neon) with the bend of my thumb (if you know what I am talking about)...i don't pick, pluck or stum any of the base notes...Tim does it alot too...also I have - a few months ago - learned how to hit harmonics with my right hand while playing any chord...Tim does that alot too...Neon isn't that hard when you get the slap style down...just my opinion :)

Its a very difficult thing to answer , what looks hard but isn't .... Its all up to the individual , we all learn things at different speeds , some just faster than others ....
