On September 11, 1992, the Dave Matthews Band played at a fraternity house on a college campus. Matthews was particularly intrigued by a certain mystery. "Where'd the woman with the penis on her hand go?" he asked. "There was a woman here with a penis on her hand... What the hell is with the penis on everyone's hand? See I, I, I, I don't go to many collegiate parties so I don't know what penises on the hand mean. I know what a penis in the hand means..." Whereupon he began to riff on the subject, virtually composing an ad hoc song on the subject: "You have a penis. I have a penis. We've all got a penis. Everybody's got a penis. She got a penis. She got a penis in her hand. That woman with a T shirt on her head had a penis in her hand. Woman got a penis in her hand. But I'm real sorry to tell ya, ain't my penis in her hand."

I'm sure if you do a search on Kazza or an equivilant P2P you will find it. Most commonly named "Penis Song." I've had it for a few years now... Not daves penis, I've had the song/sound byte.
