my piece of crap acoustic fender

worst guitar ever made in the world, but i've done all the recordings i've posted on it

we will be upgrading that this summer

i was playing ghs vintage bronze 13's on there and it was either get coated or get smaller strings because it was getting tough to play...so i opted on the elixirs because of ya'll

maybe next time i'll do nanowebs if i don't like these, if i don't switch back to ghs or something else

I'm a big fan of Elixirs...but also a big fan of EXP's. I can never decide. I think it depends on how lazy I feel when I buy strings cause the Elixirs will last a loooooong time.

I really wasn't a big fan of the Exps.

Elixirs just seem to work for me

Ive used polys once and then nanos after and Ive always bought nanos since, I like them more, and Im pretty sure my taylor came wiht medium lights, so if they make those, maybe try them next time, cuz I really like them, unless its just the new guitar

well, after 5 minutes i can already tell that they feel like about 11's in how easy they are on the fingers and playability, compared to ghs 13's...hmm, so far so good

what model is your Fender? I have the DG-10 and have loved it since the day I got it.

I'm not a big fan of the Elixir tone. I do enjoy the reduced squeeking you get, but I prefer the uncoated tone.
