Heh, funny story. When I first bought Speakerboxxx/Love Below, when I got to this song, I said it was going to be the next radio single. I was right :)

I don't see how any self-respecting guitarist can possibly want to waste valuable practice time on a RAP song...

In the 5-10 minutes it would take to learn that song, you could have gone through some of your pentatonic scales, or written your own licks and riffs...jeez...

And in the 2-3 minutes you spent bitching about someone asking for help with something they are interested in, you could have gone through some of your pentatonic scales, or written your own licks and riffs...jeez...

Not trying to be a dick but if he wants to learn it who cares, who are you to get on his shit

Who is this "fatjack"?

I get on the case because it gives guitarists a bad name, we are a dying breed, and should be out to DESTROY the garbage that is rap...not support it by arranging it.

We should be out to listen and love whatever the hell we would like, not what you think you should prescribe for us guitarists to listen to. I happen to like a generous portion of rap. I have an equal amount of respect for people that like it and for people that don't. Strangely enough, we were all made with different tastes, likes, wants, desires. Let's leave it that way, shall we?

Listen Dirtbag, I don't personally like rap, but if someone wants to learn some rap songs on guitar, more power to 'em
