Everybody always asks me how she's doing. Has she really lost her mind? I said "I couldn't tell you, I've lost mine."

Dean?

I've heard of them, but I've never seen one or heard one. The best value in acoustic guitars? I'm gonna have to look into that to believe it.
good, and you?

Deans aren't expensive at all. They are really beautiful to look at, use grovers and fishmans (on their better ones) and again, look beautiful.

But....they sound like refried ass.

I really wanted one of the Exoticas. I played 6 different ones and my heart was broken. I really wanted one, but just couldn't get over the crappy sound. Oh, well.
Peace,

Stunt

Maybe i just have a really good one then, but my dean sounds better than anything else ive ever played. Maybe im just comfortable with it, but ive played D28's and just cant say ive heard the thousand dollar difference in them and my guitar. I will agree that the lower end models suck horribly, but if you can find a good exotica (qse is leaps and bounds above an rse if you ask me) their one of the best values youll ever find for the $430 price tag. And they are oh so pretty.....

I would say that Takimine are some of the better acoustics out there, as well as Tacoma. If you ever see a Tacoma in a store play it, they have a really different feel - they make killer acoustic basses too.
