So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

okay, so i have a question about a song but it's not on luther. I didn't want to start a new thread cause i know its been talked about before. so, how do ya'll play the intro to pay for what you get? i taught myself and play it by just hammering on both b and e 8th fret to 10th fret and then fretting the 8's again. i know this isn't right but i don't like the whole barre g, b, e with ring on 9th and then slide and hit 9,8,8(if you can understand that). it sounds to me that dave is maybe hammering-on instead of sliding. maybe i should make this a topic, unless someone can help me out. i'll give a day or so and if no one helps me out i'll post it myself. i love and can play this song perfectly except for that damn intro.
talk amongst yourselves........i already gave you a topic dammit! :)

basically you would have to rip it onto a computer and then burn it with a zero-second pause between tracks... i'm pretty sure that the pause isnt recognized as part of the track. If it is you would have to edit it out in cool edit or somethign before burning.
I guess you have a copy that was burned from mp3s or some other format (lets hope wav), thats why you have the space between songs.
Just do this.
Rip it with lets say, CDex http://www.cdex.n3.net/
Then watch out for the burning settings you use.
If you use Nero (like most poeple do) add the songs to a Music cd compilation, once you have done this, select all the song but the first ( with Shift + arrow, or mouse) and click on them with the RIGHT mouse buttom, and select properties, there put 0 in pause (the default is 2) and voila, press ok and burn it as Cd at once.

Hope it helps

Saludos a todos
