I like LBV, and Save Me. The Stone is also fun. Recently is one that if Im by myself Ill just play and sing for about 20 minutes.
If your friend is already dead, and being eaten by vultures, I think it's okay to feed some bits of your friend to one of the vultures, to teach him to do some tricks. But ONLY if you're serious about adopting the vulture.

Gravedigger, Ants if you can fill the empty slots, Crush, Where are you Going, Grace is Gone. Damn, there's a lot more, but I'm brain dead right now for some reason
These should get you started at least

The Space between is great and really easy, even with standard tuning. Just belt the lyrics out with everything your l lungs have.
Everyday is great especially if you have prior dave fans who know the whole #36 bit. I always sing a verse from 36 as the third verse after the breakdown.
Around a campfire, i always play two step and seek up. Something about songs in Dm makes them great for night time playing.
While not a dave song, Watchtower is easy and great to really belt out the lyrics, especially if you can do the whole FIRE!!!! FIRE!!! The thief is gone, FIRE!!! bit at the end.
Finally, grey street makes a great encore. Just make sure not to wuss out like dave and skip the third verse.

Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
