Newer Guitarist Needs Help With Crush

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Newer Guitarist Needs Help With Crush

Unread post by a1075dd63aa12 » Sun Apr 04, 2004 6:35 pm

Basically, I was wondering if there was a website that had a break down of the song with lyrics or if someone could be kind enough to help me out. I am basically just having trouble hearing the chords. I can physically play all of them I just having trouble hearing what is where and when. Help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks A Lot
Bobby

You should download storytellers or farmaid. Those helped me learn the right place for the chords and the rythme(sp?). Also, i believe there are still some vids on the board here that could help you. Just do a search.

I can break the lyrics into the parts. Not down to the chord changes but the sections.

Use that for a basis. That's what I used and it helped. The Lovely Lady part is the bridge. "It's crazy..." is the chorus.

Look for DustyDave's video...that is what helped me enormously. Do a search in this forum for "here are the videos take two" or something like that. Oh and don't forget to get the DIVX plugin first or you won't be able to see it.
