ok, I'm trying to figure out the D natural minor scale...im coming up with
d-e-f-g-a-bb-cb-d.......is this correct...i know the natural minor scale goes WHWWHWW...but what im coming up with doesnt seem right, or maybe it is, i dunno...helppppp please

i think the cb is just a c. for a D minor chord, you lower the 7th of D a half step which is c# >> c. all i know about minors is lower the 3rd, and 7th a half step to make a minor triad. but also, a cb is a b because there is only a half step between b and c. and following your forumula, a whole step up from Bb is c. hope this helps.

All that mumbo-jumbo about 7th's & stuff is making me dizzy.
I just play guitar (pretty good I might add)
But all that theory stuff would make me go nuts....
