good job, would have liked to hear some singing though
you've got timmy's style down it seems like, that's awesome
some of the solos aren't as audible as they could be, but i imagine it's tough to perfect a timmy-style solo...
the lead outside of the solos really added a lot
good job

Hey thanks man, but Tripping Billies isn't in the L@LC tab book.

I wrote those fills myself, and the solos I tabbed out from the cd. The last one I got lazy because it was so tedious so I only tabbed some of it and the rest was improv. Oh, and I've been sick since Friday, so I can't sing.
Thanks for all the comments though.

That was pretty good.
I really like the intro. Great guitar work here.
However, I think the solo's sounded kind of sloppy. It sounded like you were missing several notes that you were meaning to hit.
What's going on at 2:49 and 3:06?? especially 3:06. It sounds like you forgot to sync the two tracks or something. The solo thats going on at around 3:22 sounds pretty sloppy because you're not hitting all the notes.
But overall, great rhythm guitar, you obviously have some talent. I look forward to hearing more.

Yeah, I def know what you mean. I think tomorrow I will try and redo the solos. I recorded them last, so I settled for sloppy ones because I wanted to finish. Consider this a WIP i guess. 8)

I thought it was actually very good. your rhythm guitar was amazing, your solos were good too. a little sloppy at times, but still good.
I tabbed out some little fills for the intro. go here.

they're pretty damn accurate and should help you. they sound damn good and fill up a lot of space without a band. take a look.
other than that it was great, when you're unsick (love making words

) add vocals!!! post more man!

sounds awesome, cant say much other than what has already been said.... one thing i would say is tone down the tim parts a little bit, sometimes the fills get a little overpowering, its nicer to listen to with the rhythm coming through a little more- solos sound kick-ass though

Better mixing of the 2 tracks would make it a better experience. "Tims" side is way too high in comparison compared to "dave". It's like daves in the other room, and tims 2 feet infront of you.

yeah this is true... Damn good cover overall, nice recording quality, there are a few mess ups in the solos/fills, but that is expected when trying to do a Timmy solo. Nice job, I would love to hear more
