dmb medly help

Unread post by wilsakic » Mon Mar 01, 2004 10:11 am

okay... I need some help, I am performing on thursday, just a short solo acoustic set list. Only three songs.....LIOG, stay or leave, and a dmb medly. My question is, what songs would be good for the medly....I want to end with stone, and was thinking starting it off with one sweet world, or the nature intro, but what does everyone else think...........

Don't make it sound too disjointed. You can string a dozen songs with common chords together but if you're looking for the audience to register what's going on, keep it to only a few songs and keep it smooth. If it's supposed to just be some sort of freeform non-structural piece then go crazy. You've got your D-chord songs, Jane/Ants/WAYG/Grace, etc... you have your Dave chord songs like Grey/So Damn Lucky/Billies/Too Much... just pick stuff you can flow in and out of and don't make it too forced.
