To everyone who plays guitar and/or sings and who lives in an apartment or dorm, do you play at home? I admit that I play and sing loudly in my apartment. I know that that's not exactly considerate to others, but, especially with singing, if I want my voice to improve I have to sing at a realistic volume that I would perform at and where I have the best tone. My friend who's not a musician says that I'm being inconsiderate, and the person who lives under me occasionally bangs on the wall when I'm playing. But it would be hard for me to go out and play somewhere every time I want to play, as I lately have been playing several times per day. Do any of you encounter this problem, and what do you do about it?

Acoustic yes, its kind of annoying if you're blaring an amp.

Also, don't be that guy with the door open trying to lure people in.

I play and sing with my acoustic all the time in my apartment (and did in the dorms, too). Basically I try to play at times that most others aren't around like during the day when everyone is at class/work. If someone complains, super glue the keyhole in their door, piss on their car door handle, whatever gets you off.

Keep your door closed, play at a reasonable time of day, limit how long you play for.

If you suck, don't play loud enough for anyone to hear you. Buy an electric guitar and don't plug it in.

I CANNOT WAIT to own a house so I can play as loud as long, and whenever I want.

That being said, I told my neighbors to come by and tell me to knock it off if they need concentration. And I don't play late at night unless its with my electric and headphones.

the vaginal fluid they are secreting is the same composition of urine minus the uric acid and phosphorous. i learned that in 11th grade anatomy. btw, sometimes it does have a FAINT smell of Pizzle.
