I don't know if I can explain this write without confusing anybody, but I'll give it a shot anyway
Let me do the part that is easiest for me to explain....... the chorus, it's a slow fluid motion strumming hand. He hits the bass notes twice, and then the full chord, so he's hitting just the top string the first two times, then he plays out the entire chord. He does this throughout the entire chorus.
This may get a little confusing coming from my typing hands, but I'll see what I can do.... The only thing that I can get from your Intro/Verse part is the x3x5xx chord before going into the verse. So when you're finishing the last chord in the Chorus, I believe it's x435xx, you play like I stated above, bass note twice, then the full chord, but the second you play the chord, you lift your index finger up to the A String to make the x3x5xx chord with a quick upstroke. (If you can picture this, when you strum down that last time, come back up with your strumming hand and make the quick x3x5xx chord). Then once you make that just slide down to the 75x7xx chord, and start the verse over again.
Ok, if you understand that, then you hopefully won't have any problems with the timing, for the most part anyway
You'll just have to listen to how it's done in an acoustic D&T.
Well I hope I didn't confuse you too much
That's about the best that I can explain, but if anyone else reads this and thinks I'm nowhere near what I'm saying, please straighten me and searly out
