So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

you're not going to find out whether that's true here, i wouldn't think...especially not in dave's guitar discussion, unless he ties off with dave's strings and cooks on the headstock, then maybe, i'd still say gendmb or ndmb though
B+P by offer only...thank you

Why is that so funny to me? I guess it's ironic.

I think if Tim were on the 'horse' he would be hella sloppy, and generally shitty at guitar. That is not the case.

'druggies' who are also guitarists generally arent on heroin. If they were you would have a whole lot of guitarists like Cobain and that geek from the Stones. AKA shoddy guitar work.

If you can name me one or two good guitarists who are on heroin Ill retract.

Walter Trout, of Canned Heat, Keith Richards, Frusciante (from Red Hot Chili Pepper), Jerry Cantrell (Alice in Chains) and Kurt Cobain who you previously mentioned (#12 on Rolling Stones top guitarists of all time), Jimmy Page had a heroin addiction in the 70's when Zeppelin was in their prime, oh yea Jimi Hendrix was also arrested for possesion of heroin.

RETRACT!!!!!

Retracted. I forgot about Page. The hendrix thing I did not know. The rest range from terrible to mediocre in the long run (regardless of how much I like Jerry Cantrell's style).
