you did know he was trying to play Stream, right?
maybe I'm missing the point, but covering a song is playing the original, right?
There isn't really an "original" stream.. if that makes sense.

Tim does different improv, different times.. different

oh trust me, i get it, but when you're given a recording, you're going to try to make it sound as close as possible

Parts of that you made much more difficult than they need to be by changing fingerings. I think if you take another look at the tabs or other tim videos you will see that there is much easier ways to voice some of the chords you are playing... at least the way I play it 'seems' easier to me. Nice work, regardless. Also, the main verse part he picks each individual note, no hamer-ons.

Two thumbs up for posting this.

Thanks for the feedback. Which parts are you referring to? I have a video of stream and as far as I know, I played it the way Timmy does.

E:---------------------------0---------------------------0--
B:---------------------------0---------------------------0--
G:---------------------------5---4-5-4-2-----------------5--
D:-4-5-4-2-------------------5-------------5-4-2--5-4-2--5--
A:-----------5-4-2--5-4-2----0---------------------------0--
D:-------------------------0-0---------------------------0--

If you are talking about the main riff, this is what this site's tab says for it. I'm positive Timmy doesn't play it this way.

Also, Timmy changes between hamer-ons and alternate picking in the intro. In the L@LC version, I think he hamer-ons the first time around and picks the rest. It's different other times. Thanks for the comments though.

I'm pretty sure I have the video saved on a cd somewhere. When I get a chance, I'll take a look. Oh, and I've been playing for quite a few years now actually. I don't even know exactly when I started.

That was extremely well done. A lot better than I thought it would be. But I do stand by what I was talking about before. In other words I don't think you proved me wrong. It was an amazing job none the less. :D

In the 'Cocaine Fury' part try playing the final A with your 3rd finger instead of switching to your index (or however you did it, I forget). Also, you should check out other versions than the L@LC one (IMO that version is kinda weak).

Yea, the TAB on the TR.com site is different from the one you posted above.
