DMB sheet music

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

I don't need any of the finale files, but could you possibly tell me how to get the sheet music into that format so people who don't have the program can view it?

if you select the "graphics" toolbar and drop down the "graphics" menu from the top bar, select "export pages..."

Change the EPS to TIFF

Change the resolution to something higher so it isn't really grainy and blurry (I use 600).

Select "all pages" or whatever page you need.

That will create a TIFF file... or picture file. From there, you can open it and re-save it as a different extension if you need to (jpg, bmp, gif, etc....)

I don't use Finale, but it'd be AWESOME if you threw these in there and transposed to Eb for alto

I want a soprano, but don't have the coinage just yet.

Hey can you get me a piano transcription of christmas song, like the guitar part for piano, as well as the melody in a vocal staff above that?

Just in case anyone still checks these boards for horn parts... I've recently been hired as a transcriber for a web-based smooth jazz company. They've agreed to host my sheet music. About half of the previously uploaded library is missing as i have to revise it in order for it to be uploaded. If you followed the page I used to maintain you've probably noticed that it went down a few months ago. I'm glad I ran across this company so I can make the sheet music available to everyone again. Here's the link to the page...
