Thanks for all the replies guys!! I have taken everyone's suggestions and came up with a new set. We have to fill 3 hours of music, let me know what you guys think about this and if it is enough time.

aside from what has already been said about covers not playing of covers I think thats a good set list. As far as the covers go, it really wont make that much of a difference, but in case you haven't considered taking them out you really should think about it. If you have thought about it and want them, then who's gonna really complain?

I think that set looks really good. Not to keep harping on this, but I wouldn't end the night with a cover song. Thank You is a good song, but people expecting a DMB cover band will probably like a DMB closer for the night. Maybe consider moving Thank You to a closing position in the last set, but not in the encore.
That said, do whatever you want. Like dmb spook said, no one is going to complain.

ya i would suggest closing with watchtower>>ants marching instead of thank you. maybe just switch them around

In my opinion, any DMB cover band should end a set with Ants or Two step.
