MPEG to mp3 converter

Do you know where i could download something that can change an MPEG file from http://web1.nugs.net/dave/031216_mp3.as ... &cmd=shows to say WMA or mp3 format?

When I click to listen to one of those, it downloads in mp3 format. What am I missing?

That Adamondo's system is a bit screwed I told him that yesterday , they ARE in MP3 format on the site , you really should reinstall your windows when your systems has such a failure

Well, technically an mp3 is an MPEG, so I just didn't really understand what was happening on his computer. But oh well.

There's four different formats created by the Motion Picture Expert Group (MPEG) -

MPEG Layer 1, which is video, and isn't the best quality but has a small filesize (this is the format on Video CDs).
MPEG Layer 2, which is video, and is much better quality with larger filesizes (this is the format on DVDs & Super Video CDs).
MPEG Layer 3, which is audio, and I think we all know what that is.
MPEG Layer 4, which is a new standard audio + video, which combines VERY good quality with *relatively* small filesizes (still large but in comparison to quality increases not all that large at all); the audio portion of MPEG4 is also known as AAC, the music format that Apple is promoting (since it's open-source, and much better quality for the file size than its competitors).

Very well put Bill the wierd thing about Adamondo's case , is that the filename it saved it as was MPEG instead of MP3 , which absolutely doesn't make sense at all
