quick question on The Maker

quick question on The Maker

on the F chord in the intro, does Dave move is pinky down to the G string? ive only heard it in the Radio City version but he does something at the end of the strumming part in the intro. i think thats it but i wanted to ask u people who know more than me. thanks.
